当映像は、立件された集団窃触行為（挿入行為含む）の直前のものです。

界隈では現在、厳密な窃触行為を行為者なりのローカルルールに則って自称マナーを守る原理派と、不同意猥褻の領域まで侵してしまっている過激派が被触体を巡って抗争ともいうべき状態になっており緊迫化しています。

本件は原理派が過激派の行為を鬱陶しげ、水面下で過激派の主要メンバーの行動パターンや日時を特定し告発。該当のの行為者は3日後に現認され拘留。後に起訴されています。

マル害(初見です)は、S県に住む女子大生(1年生)で日曜日友達と朝まで遊んだ帰りの電車内で行為に遭ったとのことで「触られるだけだと思っていた」「後ろから明らかに手とは違うものが当たっと思ったら陰茎だった」
膣内からはDNA鑑定の結果、被疑者のものと一致したことが決定打となりました。

観測者の我々としては、法規制と取り締まりが厳しくなることは喜ばしいことではありません。

やりすぎるとこうなるという啓発目的という建て付けで公開することにいたしました。

我々としては原理派、過激派のどちらの肩を持つつもりはありませんが

力任せに侵すのではなく、男と女の性がまるで奇跡の出会いように「偶然正当性」を持って行為に及んで溺れていく姿が美して、哀れだなと。

人間の本性である「美しき醜さ」を観測し続けたいと考えています。

両派にはどこかで手打ちして欲しいものです。

最後に。

被触体のこの子ですが。

完全に堕ちて感じちゃってて、受け入れている姿勢にしか見えません。

ここにも一つ

「闇」を感じます。
